I’ve been running since 2002, so have plenty of experience, particularly in helping brand new runners get started. I really wish I had had the benefit of a running coach when I first started, but I’ve spent the past 15 years experimenting on myself, trying things, failing at some, succeeding at others, until eventually I decided to qualify as a running coach. I also have experience of running every race distance from 5k up to ultra, so can help you with whatever distance you are tackling.
