I am a fully licenced Coach in Running Fitness through UK Athletics with many years experience in coaching runners, and offer coaching to runners both online and face to face. I specialise in helping those new to running, or new to a particular distance, such as a first marathon, achieve their goals in a safe way, with support from me all the way.

I first began running in 2002, and founded Witham Runners (Lincolnshire) running club in 2009, so have plenty of experience as a coach, particularly in helping brand new runners get started. I am now the Club Coach for Run Things Run Club, which is a running club based online. Since relocating to the Greater Manchester area, I have been running community groups to get people started running either on their own, or with their dogs. I coach every week at Horwich RMI Harriers, and am a DogFit UK accredited canicross trainer. Find out more about me here.
