Following the update on 15 May from England Athletics, groups are still unable to run together, but I am now able to offer 1:1 runs with my group members. Please get in touch to arrange.


I lead two running sessions each week, one on Wednesdays at 6pm and one on Fridays at midday. Both groups are catered to all abilities and the aim of our Community Run Group is to get people enjoying running in a friendly and encouraging environment. Sessions last no longer than an hour, and are a mix of social runs, and sessions focused on improving technique and stamina.
