Can you comfortably run 5k, but want to improve either the distance you can run, or improve your pace? This group will push you beyond your current abilities, in a friendly supportive environment, with plenty of coaching tips. We do a mixture of hill training, intervals, fartlek and circuits so come along and see how you can improve.
Want to get out and explore new routes, but don’t know where to go, or not confident enough to go on your own? Tuesdays are all about exploring, and routes range from 3 miles up to 10. All abilities are welcome, as are dogs on the trail routes, as long as they are well behaved.
Want to run but don’t know where to start? Join a beginners group with others and learn together, under the direction of a qualified coach. Courses last 6-8 weeks depending on how long each half-term is, and include a goody bag on completion, as well as support throughout with an individual training plan if required.
